1. Product & Materials
What is included in a graphics kit?
A complete, model-specific graphics kit designed to fit OEM plastics for the selected bike and year. Plastics are not included.
What’s the difference between 9 mil, 16 mil, and 21 mil?
These refer to total material thickness.

9 mil – Lightweight. Flexible. Best for pit bikes and casual riding.

16 mil – Balanced. Most popular. Strong adhesive with good impact resistance.

21 mil – Maximum durability. Thick laminate for aggressive riding and repeated abuse.
What materials do you use?
We print exclusively on Substance vinyl with high-tack adhesive and professional-grade laminate. This is the industry standard for MX graphics.
2. Production & Timing
How long does production take?
Most orders ship within 3–5 business days.
Complex customization, high order volume, or material availability may extend this slightly.
Do you offer expedited production?
Expedited options may be available. Contact support before ordering to confirm feasibility.
Where are kits made?
All graphics are printed, laminated, cut, and packed in-house in Texas. No outsourcing.
3. Customization
Can I add my name and number?
Yes. Name and number customization is available where shown on the product page.
Can I add sponsor logos or custom layouts?
Only if explicitly offered on the product. We do not accept custom design requests through the storefront.
Can I request additional changes after ordering?
No. Orders enter production quickly. Any changes must be requested immediately after purchase and may not be possible.
4. Installation
How do I install my graphics?
Proper surface prep and heat application are critical.
We recommend following a professional installation guide before applying your kit.
What if my graphics don’t stick?
Improper prep, low temperatures, or misalignment during install are the most common causes. Adhesion issues caused by installation are not considered defects.
5. Reprints & Replacements
Can I reorder individual pieces?
Yes. Individual panel reprints are available for most kits.
What if a piece is damaged or missing?
Contact support with your order number and photos. We’ll assess and advise next steps.
Do you offer free replacements?
Only for verified production errors. Crash damage, wear, or installation mistakes are not covered.
6. Cancellations & Returns
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placement. After that, production may have started.
Do you accept returns?
No. All kits are produced to order and are non-returnable.
7. Models & Fitment
I don’t see my bike listed.
We are continually adding models. If your bike isn’t listed, contact support before ordering.
Are graphics guaranteed to fit aftermarket plastics?
No. Kits are designed for OEM plastics only unless otherwise stated.
