We use triple layered vinyl with a glossy UV protective layer and ultra-aggressive adhesive that is specifically engineered for extreme motocross vehicles such as motocross dirtbikes, ATVs, snowmobiles, side-x-sides, jetskis etc.

Our market leading designs are digitally printed on Ultracurve flexible white polymeric vinyl film providing clear, high-definition and vibrant colors that will stand out in the crowd. They are precision cut, ready to install.

All material including vinyl and overlaminate are made in the USA.

Our kits come with the most aggressive adhesive available on the market that will keep the decals on your bike for years. Even though we offer different thickness options, all designs are digitally printed on the same vinyl with vibrant colors and ultra-aggressive adhesive. There is no difference in the printing quality for any of the thicknesses.

9 Mil Thin – Easy Go: 3 Mil thick UV protected laminate paired with 6.2 Mil vinyl with ultra-aggressive adhesive; It has limited durability against scratches & falls. Ideal for someone who wants a new look at affordable prices.
16 Mil – On/Off the Road: 10 Mil thick UV protected laminate paired with 6.2 Mil vinyl with ultra-aggressive adhesive. High durability against scratches and falls.
21 Mil – Pro Edition: 15 Mil thick UV protected laminate paired with 6.2 Mil vinyl with ultra-aggressive adhesive. Ultra-durable against scratches and falls.

Our default/stock kit is shipped with the rider number as shown in the listing. All of our graphic kits are made to order and ship within 24-48 hours.

You will receive installation instructions with your kit. We recommed a wet installation with a soapy water solution.

Graphics installed directly on to plastic fuel tanks are known to bubble. This is normal and unavoidable due to the fuel vapor that permeates through plastic fuel tanks. Each kit is built using a fixed, repeatable material stack. All kits share the same base vinyl, adhesive system, and print process.

Vinyl & Adhesive

White polymeric vinyl with a permanent high-tack adhesive. Identical across all thickness and finish selections.

Finish

Alters surface appearance only (gloss, matte, or specialty). Does not change vinyl, adhesive, or print process. Some finishes require thicker laminate builds.

Thickness

Changes laminate mass only. Thicker builds increase rigidity and surface wear resistance. Thinner builds conform more easily to tight contours.

Manufacturing

Materials manufactured in the USA by Substance Incorporated. Design, printing, lamination, cutting, and fulfillment performed in-house in Dallas, Texas.

Plastics

Designed for standard OEM plastics for the listed year and model.

Exclusions

Aftermarket plastics, oversized tanks, or custom layouts are not accounted for unless explicitly stated in the product title.

Verification

If your bike deviates from OEM plastics, fitment should be confirmed prior to ordering.

Finalization

Artwork is generated directly from selected options. Once production begins, the configuration is final.

Preparation

Plastics must be clean and free of dirt, grease, oil, and residue.

Method

Wet and dry installation methods supported. Gentle heat is commonly used to conform graphics and relieve tension.

Fuel Tanks

Plastic tanks may develop bubbles over time due to fuel vapor permeability. Perforations help relieve pressure, but bubbling cannot be fully eliminated.

Without Proof

Printed exactly as submitted. Responsibility for spelling, layout, and configuration rests with the order as placed.

After Proof

Digital proof provided prior to production. Production begins only after approval.

Graphics are consumable surface components. They are not permanent protective coatings. Cosmetic wear such as scratches, scuffs, and gloss change is expected with riding.

Wear Rate

Varies based on riding style, terrain, frequency of use, and crash exposure. Thicker laminate reduces visible wear by adding laminate mass. Thinner laminate may show wear sooner under the same conditions. No thickness option prevents wear entirely.

Use Conditions

Crashes, abrasion, pressure washing, and fuel exposure are considered use conditions. Visual change resulting from these conditions is not a material defect.

Fuel Tanks

Graphics applied to plastic fuel tanks may develop bubbles over time due to fuel vapor permeability. Perforations help relieve vapor pressure, but bubbling cannot be fully prevented. This behavior is inherent to plastic fuel tanks across all manufacturers.

Material Defects

Limited to issues present prior to installation, such as misaligned cutting, print defects, or delamination before application.

Selections change physical characteristics, not material quality. No option represents a quality upgrade or downgrade.

Thickness

Alters laminate mass only. Thicker builds increase rigidity and resistance to scratches. Thinner builds reduce laminate mass and conform more easily to tight contours. All thickness options use the same vinyl, adhesive, and print process.

Finish

Alters surface appearance only. Gloss, matte, and specialty finishes share the same underlying vinyl and adhesive. Some finishes require thicker laminate options due to material constraints.

Customization

Selecting blank, name and number, or name, number, and sponsors does not imply revisions, redesigns, or iterative changes unless a proof option is selected.
