KalairGFX is a Texas-based custom motocross and ATV graphics manufacturer. We started in 2019 with a single printer and built the operation the same way we build our kits — lean, deliberate, and fully in-house.
Every order is designed, printed, laminated, cut, and packed by our own team. No outsourcing. No print farms. No third-party fulfillment. The same people who design your graphics produce and ship them.
This control lets us ship fast, hold tight color accuracy and fit, and support a wide range of models without sacrificing durability.
What We Do
We build made-to-order graphics kits for dirt bikes, ATVs, supermoto, and off-road vehicles. All kits are cut for OEM plastics and produced with professional-grade vinyl, laminate, and high-tack adhesives for aggressive riding conditions.
Name and number customization is available on most products. Team, fleet, and OEM programs are supported by request.
How We Operate
KalairGFX runs as a tightly controlled production shop. We do not outsource manufacturing, design, or customer support. Orders move directly from design to print to cut to shipping inside the same facility.
This reduces lead time, eliminates handoff errors, and gives us direct accountability for every order we ship.
