Overview
Every order placed on KalairGFX enters a controlled in-house production workflow. All graphics are printed, laminated, cut, and packed in our Texas facility. No outsourcing. No third-party fulfillment.
This page defines how your order is processed, how timing is determined, and where responsibility transfers.

Once an order enters production, changes and cancellations are no longer possible.
Production Time
Standard Production
Most orders enter production within the same business day and ship within 1–2 business days.
Production time begins after:
- Payment is confirmed
- Customization details (if any) are complete
- Proof approval is received (if applicable)
What May Extend Production
- Name / number customization
- Proof requests
- High order volume
- Material availability
Shipping time is separate from production time.
Customization Handling
Name and number customization is processed automatically and sent directly to production.
By default:
- No manual design review is performed
- No proofs are sent
- Artwork is printed exactly as submitted
Customers are responsible for:
- Correct spelling
- Correct number selection
- Correct capitalization
Orders with customization enter production quickly. Changes are only possible within a short window immediately after purchase and may not be possible once production begins.
Proofing & Approval
Proofs are only provided when the proof option is selected on the product page.
If a Proof Is Selected
- A digital proof is sent by email
- Production does not begin until approval is received
- Delays in approval delay the ship date
If a Proof Is Not Selected
- The order is sent directly to production
- No preview is provided
- The submitted customization is considered final
Proof approval authorizes printing exactly as shown.
Quality Control & Fitment Standards
All kits are printed from model- and year-specific OEM templates.
Each order is checked for:
- Correct model and year
- Panel completeness
- Cut alignment
- Print quality
Fitment notes:
- Kits are designed for OEM plastics only unless stated otherwise
- Fitment on aftermarket plastics is not guaranteed
- Minor alignment variation is normal with die-cut vinyl
Color appearance may vary slightly due to monitor calibration and print processes.
Rush / Priority Production
Expedited production is not offered through the storefront.
Rush orders are considered only by contacting support before placing an order. Availability depends on workload and material scheduling.
Placing an order without prior confirmation does not qualify as expedited.
Reprints, Errors, and Defects

- Wrong model or year printed
- Missing panels
- Verified manufacturing defects
Not Covered
- Installation errors
- Crash or abrasion damage
- Normal wear
- Fitment on aftermarket plastics
- Color preference or screen-to-print variation
All defect claims require photos and order verification.
Tracking & Order Status
Tracking information is emailed once your order ships.
- Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate after label creation
- Production status is not updated in real time
For status inquiries, include your order number when contacting support.

All KalairGFX graphics are produced entirely in-house in Texas.
